DanCor Properties is a property investment company that was established in 1972. We specialise in industrial and commercial property, as well as self-storage facilities. A people and family-oriented business, DanCor maintains long-term relationships with its investors and creates many opportunities for small companies and industrial concerns to grow.
Currently, DanCor’s properties extend from Waterfall in the Upper Highway area, down to the city of Durban. The intention is to extend the developments further into KwaZulu Natal, and to embark upon new projects annually.
Our Heritage
DanCor was established by Danie van den Heever and since 1972 DanCor has forged ahead, maintaining the values it was founded on. Integrity and excellence have seen DanCor into a new century in which being people and family focused is a priority. It is these values that make DanCor stand out.
The property side of the business began with investment in farms and expanded into industrial, commercial, and retail areas, starting in 2008 with Stor Town, a self-storage facility at 127 Brackenhill Road, Hillcrest.
